May 2004 - Consort Homes’ Award Winning Style

Consort Homes (Northern) Ltd has been nominated for two prestigious awards – Entrepreneur of the Year by key trade publication ‘Building’, and Housebuilder of the Year by Northern Housing magazine. The nominations follow several years of expansion and development for the company that was hardly known of 10 years ago.

The Building Awards have become established as the construction industry's premier awards at which the best in the business are rewarded for their outstanding performance over the past year. Consort’s nomination marks the recognition of Chairman Darren Stubbs’ achievements since he took the helm. While being nominated for Housebuilder of the Year by Northern Housing, against companies like Countryside and Urban Splash, shows that Consort Homes is a force to be reckoned with in the region.

Consort has received several awards in the last year including the Business Achievement award (BA) in conjunction with the DTI for Best Homebuilder.

The aim of Consort is to provide quality homes with exacting attention to detail.
