January 2004 - Consort Homes Wins Regional Developer of the Year 2003
Consort Homes won many awards and accolades during 2003, and this continues with the Board of Directors and Management Team at Business Britain voting Consort Homes Regional Developer of the Year 2003.
This award was given after extensive research into house developers in Yorkshire, over a six-month period. Joseph Guilfoyle, Features Editor at Business Britain, said:
“We were extremely impressed with what Consort Homes has to offer to potential clients, and felt that no other organisation could match the additional services that Consort offers in terms of customer relations and investment opportunities. We have looked closely at the services, benefits and merits of 10 regional developers and Consort was the one which really appeared above the rest.”
The criteria for the award were based on seven areas: location; build quality; health and safety; interior design; investment opportunities; marketing & promotion; and customer relations.
Darren Stubbs, MD, commented:
“
2003 was a really good year for the Consort team,
and one in which we celebrated our ten year anniversary.
The business has doubled in size every two years
and has also been voted the fourth fastest growing
company in Yorkshire. This award is testament
to everybody’s hard work and my vision
for where I want this company to go.”
Expect to see many more developments in 2004 from Consort Homes, including Headingley, Roundhay, Bramhope and Brighouse.
