June 2007 - Consort Homes Scores A Hat-trick Of Sales Appointments

Consort Homes, one of the North’s leading homebuilders, has announced the appointment of three new members to its sales team: Wendy Linley as Sales Manager, supported by Diane Hotchin and Joanne Patterson as Sales Advisors.

The expansion follows the launch of two new housing developments; Bishop’s Croft in Sandal, Wakefield and The Courtyard in Meanwood, Leeds.

Wendy Linley has joined Consort as Sales Manager for the North, to head up the sales team across the region. Wendy brings significant industry experience to the role, including two years as Sales Manager at Strata Homes and three and a half years as Field Sales Manager for Redrow.

Diane has joined Consort as the Sales Advisor for Bishop’s Croft in Sandal. With nearly 10 years’ in the housing industry, Diane has a breadth of experience and has worked as a Sales Advisor for both Barratt Homes and Jones Homes.

Joining Diane on Consort’s expanding team of Sales Advisors, Joanne Patterson will be heading up sales at The Courtyard in Meanwood. Joanne also has over 10 years’ industry experience with Jones Homes, Younger Homes and Lowry Renaissance including six years as Area Sales Supervisor for Jones Homes.
