May 2007 - Yorkshire Homebuilder Looks To Northern Ireland For Investors
Consort Homes, leading homebuilder in Yorkshire and Scotland, has teamed up with Belfast-based property agents, Source Property, to target the investor market in Northern Ireland.
Three of Consort’s developments in Yorkshire’s top investment areas: Thornton, Bradford; Blenheim Way, Bradford and Pellon, Halifax, will be put forward to potential investors who no longer wish to buy in Northern Ireland wish to diversify, due to an 80-90 per cent increase in house prices over the past two years.
As well as approaching property brokers and buyers individually on behalf of Consort Homes, Source Property is holding a number of invitation only seminars over the next few weeks, showcasing the investment potential offered by Consort.
