24th September 2007 - New Homepage for Yorkshire Builder
The North's premier house builder, Consort Homes, has launched its new website to align to the recent brand overhaul including updated imagery and innovative new features, all to help prospective homeowners - the site also boasts improved accessibility and usability.
Led by the edgy new branding created by Uber, earlier this year, Consort worked with award-winning agency, Bluetank, to design the new website. Features include a collection of downloadable brochures, virtual tours of most of their properties as well as an interactive location map.
The improved site also complies with W3C accessibility guidelines to ensure that it is user-friendly for those with visual, cognitive and other accessibility difficulties.
John Scholey, Sales Director of Consort Homes, said: “The new branding positions Consort as an innovative and modern home builder in a very competitive market, and now our website reflects this too.
“We want to make a difference in the homes market, with a number of forthcoming innovations designed to help first time buyers in particular. Our approach is refreshing and impressive; we simply had to match that with our website design.”
Phil McKeith, Director at Bluetank, said: “We have worked alongside Consort to ensure that the technology integrated into the website is as advanced and as user friendly as possible. As well as being innovative, Consort is a very customer-focused homebuilder and this is now demonstrated online with the improved functionality, accessibility and features of the new website.”
