Consort Homes, the North’s most innovative home builder, has launched a money saving deal saving house-buyers thousands and helping first time buyers find their dream home, with prices from just £81,995 for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Buyers at Consort’s School Lea development in Halifax, will pay just £99 to reserve their chosen property. Plus, on selected homes, there is a variety of fantastic deals in which Consort pays the 5% deposit, legal fees and stamp duty, potentially saving buyers thousands.

Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to view the recently opened show home, which incorporates the high spec fixtures and fittings included with the properties. School Lea comprises one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac close to local amenities.

John Scholey, Sales Director at Consort Homes, said: “First-time buyers face many hurdles when starting out on the property ladder, with raising the required deposit being one of the biggest stumbling blocks. At School Lea we hope that our new ‘move in for £99’ initiative will aid both first-time buyers and those thinking about selling up and moving on.

“Homes from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom houses are on offer, so we are hoping to attract a breadth of buyers.  We aim to create a diverse and welcoming community and I very much look forward to seeing this development grow.”

The School Lea properties have lots more extras included for purchasers, as well as the £99 move-in deal, such as: Carpets and flooring; a choice of fitted kitchens; three-piece bathroom suite; wardrobes in the master bedroom; alarm system and contemporary chrome effect finishing.
