Consort Homes launches a unique deal to save house-buyers thousands

Consort Homes, the North’s most innovative home builder, has introduced a money saving deal that will combat spiralling house prices and save house-buyers over £9,000.

Buyers of properties on Consort’s Headley View development in Thornton, near Bradford, will pay just £99 to cover the cost of the reserving the property of their choice with Consort paying the 5% deposit.

Darren Stubbs, Chairman of Consort Homes, said: “Getting a foot on the housing ladder is particularly difficult at the moment, with raising the required deposit being one of the biggest stumbling blocks. At Headley View, Thornton, we are creating a community and hope that our new move in for £99 initiative will aid both first time buyers and those thinking about selling up and moving on”

Headley View, located in the historic Thornton village, currently offers just ten unique specification and carefully designed four-bedroom town houses, available from £189,950
