June 2007 - Move House for £99

Consort Homes launches new phase of homes at Thornton and a unique deal to save house-buyers thousands

Consort Homes, the North’s most innovative home builder, has released the final phase of homes at an exclusive development in Thornton, Bradford, plus a money saving deal aims to combat spiralling house prices and could save house-buyers thousands.

Buyers of properties on Consort’s Headley View development in Thornton will pay just £99 to cover the cost of reserving the property of their choice, with Consort paying the 5% deposit.

The new phase at Headley View consists of nine homes, including two three-bedroom mews houses and seven four-bedroom mews houses, ideal for families wishing to join a community which is already blossoming.

John Scholey, Sales Director of Consort Homes, said: “Getting a foot on the housing ladder is particularly difficult at the moment, with raising the required deposit being one of the biggest stumbling blocks.

“At Headley View we are creating a community and hope that our new ‘move in for £99’ initiative will aid both first time buyers and those thinking about selling up and moving on, and the new phase of homes provides opportunity for more people to take advantage of this fantastic offer.”

Set in an elevated location with views across the historic village of Thornton, Headley View  comprises 21 unique specification and carefully designed three and four-bedroom mews houses and two-bedroom apartments. The new phase of homes available start from £184,950 for a three-bedroom mews house.
